The Brief:
The Building Safety Regulator is a fairly new strange of HSE and was on a recruitment drive to attract new talent from different sectors to apply for their roles.
How would they attract the talent?
That’s right, you guessed it. VIDEO!
The Challenge:
To film and edit multiple asset adverts to entice people to apply for the role. We had to ensure that there were 6 clear messages across different adverts so that they could cross post.
We had a day on set with the team at the HSE headquarters in Liverpool.
Our Approach:
We organised the interviews in the morning and our production partner Werecruit UK devised the questions to ask the team members.
Once we had interviewed the team in different locations, we set to work on b-roll. Staging different working scenes and making sure positive vibes were coming through in camera.
